We are proud to present authentic Balinese and Indonesian cuisine as well as a selection of international favourites, home-cooked to perfection by our talented kitchen team. All of our meals are prepared with the finest, local and organic ingredients. Fresh chicken and pork, vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices as well as rice is purchased from local farmers, the catch of the day is supplied by the village fishermen, and dairy products are imported from New Zealand, Australia and Italy. Our menu features home-baked bread, soups, salads and pastas with various sauces, fresh fish dishes, and Balinese specialties such as ‘Pepes Ikan Panggang’ – comprising fish wrapped in a banana-leaf parcel, ‘Sate Lilit’ – grilled skewers of minced fish, chicken or pork with coconut, and ‘Lawar’ made with chicken, coconut and green beans. Delicious desserts include Swiss ‘Apfelküchlein’ apple fritters with cinnamon-sugar, and Bali’s famous black rice pudding with coconut milk.
Cooled by ceiling fans and natural breezes, our Restaurant is housed in a large, open-sided Balinese pavilion, alongside our flower-filled garden and overlooking the pool, with mesmerising views of the beach and the bay. Teakwood tables and chairs are comfortably spaced under a soaring thatched roof, while an elevated ‘bale’ pavilion offers a romantic dining option with cushioned floor-level seating.
